My name is Melania I am the founder of the Samprasāda Yoga Studio, I’d like to welcome you to my website and to thank you for being here as this is the result of an intense labor of love where I hope to share the mission of my work with you: to bring balance, peace, health, well being and ultimately serenity into your worlds, which is the very meaning of Samprasāda.

I have dedicated many years of my life studying and practicing the discipline of Yoga, I am a RYT-500 / E-RYT-200 / YACEP Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher. Founding Samprasāda Yoga and being able to share my knowledge with you has been my dream for a long time. I feel blessed to contribute continuing the lineage of Yoga, both as a teacher and as a forever student.

My fields of expertise are: Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Seniors Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Menopause Yoga®. I also graduated as a Breathing Coach, as a Seniors Yoga Teacher and I am a Menopause Yoga® program accredited Teacher.

But above everything and before applying any label – I am a Yogi.
I am a Yogi at heart and I dedicated a big part of my life discovering Yoga in all of its limbs, therefore there is no bigger honor to me than to share my knowledge with you and to guide you towards your goals with the means of this incredible discipline.

We cannot overcome all illness or supplant modern medicine through Yoga but if you open your heart to it and practice with discipline it will provide you the means to feel better in your heart and in your soul, your wellness will increase dramatically and you will experience a tremendous support in dealing with the conditions that afflict you.
